TOS: I have the right to turn down any commission I'm not comfortable with. ALL commissions must be paid in half upfront once accepted and are expected to be strictly for personal use (unless otherwise discussed). Prices may be increased depending on complexity of request and listed prices are PER CHARACTER. Payments are to be made through PayPal. If I am no longer able to complete a commission for whatever reason, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued for no other reason. Excessive revisions will begin to be charged.
